Spirit of Quantum · Readiness tools
A quiet room for institutional reflection
Walk the five constitutional movements with your colleagues. Each movement offers two questions. Write what you see, or mark a question as not yet explored. Nothing here is graded.
- Ten discussion prompts across Babel, Interoperability, Trust by Design, the Common House and Flourishing.
- There is no score, rating or result. The tool only gathers your own words.
- Your answers stay in this browser tab. They are never sent to or stored on a server.
- Where a question touches whether a technology warrants a constitutional response, consider the cumulative threshold paraphrased from Chapter 3: Power actually exercised, Nexus to constitutional interests, Intensity of effect, and Necessity where ordinary law, regulation, practice, markets or technical controls fall short. All four in sequence; this is not positive law, and not every technology qualifies.
